R!OT Wine Co is the smartest innovation in the wine industry since the invention of the screw cap. R!OT is disrupting the current sub-par wine by the glass experience in venues by producing high-quality wines made to be poured from the tap. Wine on tap delivers fresh, low preservative, great tasting wines in stainless steel mini vats.

Wine on tap not only tastes better but reduces wastage from oxidised wines, is environmentally friendly and far more profitable for venues, creating a win for the consumer, the venue and the environment. Co-founded by a Wineman, a Kegman and a highly successful craft beer entrepreneur, R!OT launched their 2016 Rose to huge acclaim. On the back of that success, R!OT has now added to the range a Sauvignon Blanc and a Grenache Tempranillo. Having launched successfully in NSW and SA, we're now looking for a business development star to lead the R!OT squad in VIC.

You'll need to have:

  • Great passion for the Australian Wine Industry and strong experience in on-premise sales
  • Existing relationships and knowledge in the Melbourne and Victorian on-premise world
  • Experience in building brand awareness and establishing new brands in a market
  • strong commercial acumen, with the ability to demonstrate the commercial benefits of this model to venue managers and licensees
  • strong relationship building skills and the perseverance to follow through to win a relationship
  • A love of working autonomously and driving yourself to achieve
  • A drive to be part of something new and break new ground
